LAS VEGAS, NV – Have these three Senators read the text in this bill that defines, “gender non-binary?”
Gender non-binary is defined as a person whose gender identity does not conform to the traditional gender binary of male and female. This word salad continues to push the lie that there are more than two genders with a woke ideology to which radicals expect mainstream America to bow.
Furthermore, this bill’s focus is on protecting transgender individuals from discrimination while incarcerated but says nothing regarding protecting female inmates from trans women who still have male genitalia. Many correctional facilities across the nation do not require trans women to undergo gender reassignment surgery in order to be housed there, and there are multiple reports of rape and pregnancies that have resulted from these policies.
I will not promote the lie that there are more than two genders. This false narrative is being pushed on our kids and across this nation every day and I will not stand for it. I will not support lies in any legislation, and I don’t support trans women who still have male genitalia being relocated to female prisons. It’s a one sided protection FOR trans individuals that potentially puts non-trans women in harms way.
